monday must-haves

Sometimes it’s hard to keep a secret. And when we find something amazing– a city, a restaurant, a lipstick, a bag– we are more of the ‘shout it from the rooftop’ kind of gals, as opposed to the stingy ‘best kept secret’ types. We have a lot of shit to do, so why not save the time, money & effort that it would take to vet these things? And (probably because we are moms) we are realistic about how much effort one can reasonably expect to dedicate to themselves. Thus, our new weekly ‘Monday Must-Haves’ feature, and we are kicking it off with a few things we’ve loved forever. So if you need to steal like 2 minutes of ‘me time’ on a Monday, check it out. We’ve tried others and always come back to these. Love to wear them everyday because they’re comfy and there is no VPL. They are still fabulous after multiple washings- no pilling or shrinking- even when thrown in with all of the regular laundry. And really, who the F has time to do a separate load of ‘delicates’ just for underwear?

The workhorse of all bags. We both have these bags and have used and abused them for years. Baby bags, work bags, a great travel bag for all of the general shit you carry on. And now there are plenty of options to customize these with painted monograms and colored interiors. And trust us- just buy the large one. It’s like the ‘Mary Poppins’ bag.

We rolled the dice with our first JoyLab purchase but we now own this and theJoyLab Comfort V-Neck Wrap Sports Bras in every color. SUPER comfortable, washes well, no rough seams, great support & sexy cuts. We are crazy about comfort in the bra category and have tried nearly every luxe brand out there & this Target steal is the new favorite. Also love that the straps avoid pinching those pressure points on the neck, delts and shoulders which may be tension headache inducing.

‘a.dose.of’ Water Bottles

We gifted ourselves with a bit of ‘a.dose.of’ gear. Gotta get that water in. These aren’t linked, but we have other ones we love here. Thinking about testing out some other ‘a.d.o.’ gear. Any suggestions?
