We are really looking forward the Spring weather, and while isn’t quite cooperating with us, we’ve forged ahead with a lighter, brighter makeup routine anyway. No need to revamp the whole makeup bag, just switch out a few products here and there. Here are a few faves that we’ve been loving!
Best, N+K

This ‘enhanced radiance loose powder‘ is a great choice to replace your normal setting powder. It gives the slightest radiance, so you aren’t all shiny & it doesn’t settle into wrinkles. We apply it using this brush as our final step (HERE).

This illuminating under eye concealer is helping to brighten up our pale, end of Winter, blahs. We’ve been using this with a flat-top concealer brush (HERE) under the eyes, on the lids, bridge of the nose & everywhere we highlight- before using a pressed powder foundation & a damp blending sponge (HERE). This way, any contouring we later do in other areas is easily contrasted against those areas we already highlighted. Simple!

We love Lancome mascara & had to try their newest one. We are not disappointed and have been using this one all.the.time.

For a more sheer, not-too-pink-not-too-peach color that will look good on a ton of skin tones, try this. We’re obsessed. It will give you a sheer pop of color and won’t look like you have a ton of lipstick on. PS- it’s on sale for $8.50

For a SATURATED lip color (as opposed to a sheer one), this is another not-too-pink-not-too-peach-not-too-brown awesome Spring option that looks great with a true nude lip liner. or not. This will definitely look like you are wearing lipstick, but in a good way. It also looks amazing topped with the sheep lip color we mentioned above! Like, how can you not trust a neutral named ‘Grege Beige’?

This is a super fine shimmer that we like to use with a highlighting fan brush. A little goes a long way on the brow bones, above the cheek bones & a quick tap into the inner corners of the eyes. This will last a long time, as it only takes a little tiny bit to top off a nice, bright Spring makeup look.
Happy Spring!
